The group meets four times a year at Lime Grove Medical Centre.

We have a PPG facebook page on Facebook which you can request to join. Once we have confirmed you are a patient you will then be added to the group. On facebook we regularly post and give updates about the practice.

If you are unable to attend the meeting you can still submit questions by simply dropping them into the surgery with your details so we can send you the minutes from the meeting.
